Our Baba Souk designs are made locally here in Montreal, Canada and are designed by us & our talented collaborators.
Our imported products are great handcrafted finds. We visit traditional souks and bring back our colorful treasures for you.
We also like to encourage great designers from all over the world by showcasing them on our online shop. It is our way of promoting creativity and independent design.

You can order via our website any time of the day, 7 days a week.
We confirm all orders by email within 24 hours. If after 24 hours, you did not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam box. Our email might end up there, as some email boxes are more sensitive than others. General business hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (EDT local time). Emails are often checked outside business hours and responded to regularly. Feel free to contact us about any questions you may have.
Your order will be shipped from Montréal, Canada by FedEx services within the next 2 days of your order placement. We will let you know by email once your purchase is on its way.
All prices are listed in both Canadian dollars and American dollars depending on your location. Taxes for your particular location will apply and will be visible during checkout prior to making your purchase.
All our online payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards or direct PayPal payments. Please note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to make a payment with a credit or debit card.
Yes! Paypal offers you that option. You can pay with your credit card. You just have to click on “don’t have a PayPal account” at the bottom of the PayPal form at checkout.

Goods will be shipped once full payment is received.

We use FedEx or Canada Post services and we always offer you the best shipping rate possible.
Ground services are less expensive than express services.
Orders shipping to Canada usually take 3-7 business days to arrive on your doorstep.
Orders shipping to the United States of America usually take 5-10 business days to arrive on your doorstep.
If ever you need your item faster, you can choose express services during checkout.
Express services provide shipping within 2 business days mostly everywhere within Canada and the United States.
Custom fees for USA orders
Please note, you will NOT be charged extra custom fees for USA orders. We happily take charge of these custom fees for you.
Yes we do! We are happy to ship both domestic and international orders
Please email us the items you wish to purchase and your international shipping address. We will provide a shipping quotation prior to proceeding with your order. When you approve we will send an easy email invoice, payable online.
Orders shipping to international destinations may take longer to ship. However, we will provide an accurate shipment expected date by email once you make your purchase.
For international orders, please note that additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
All our items are beautifully wrapped for FREE! Even if it is not a gift, it is still a gift for you!
If you would like a gift to be shipped to a different address than your own, just enter the recipient’s address in the ‘Shipping Address’ area at checkout. Please leave us a note saying “it’s for a gift” at checkout or contact us by email with your request. Rest assured that we will not include the invoice with your gift. It will be sent to you by email.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We aim to please, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better!
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

These products are hand picked from great independent designers we wish to showcase. Every product made by other designers is clearly identified in the product description which includes the designer’s name and company name. The “made in” location varies from one designer to the other. It is clearly mentioned in the product description which is visible when you click on a specific item.
Our imported products are all made by hand by talented craftspeople. For the time being, we mostly carry handmade products from Morocco. These products come from the souks, which are typical colorful markets. We visit the souk markets and try to bring back the loveliest colorful crafts we find.
